Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of quotingcrew.org (the "Site"), the services provided by Quoting Crew Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17556456, trading as QuotingCrew ("QuotingCrew", "we", "us" or "our"), and the QuotingCrew text message program. By using the Site, sending us a message or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or services. The text message program terms are in Section 7.
1. Our services
QuotingCrew plans, builds and manages Facebook and Instagram advertising for roofing companies and pool builders in the United States, including campaign setup, ad creative, landing pages and lead forms, lead delivery, conversion tracking and reporting. The scope, deliverables, fees and term of each engagement are set out in a written proposal or agreement with the client. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.
2. No guarantee of results
Advertising results depend on many things outside our control, including your market, pricing, competition, season, weather, how quickly leads are contacted, and the decisions of advertising platforms. We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, cost per lead, booked estimates, sales or other results.
3. Fees and ad spend
Our fees for each client are stated in the client's proposal or agreement. Advertising spend is not included in our fees and is paid by the client directly to the advertising platform.
4. Client responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and timely access to the ad accounts, pages and materials we need.
- Make sure you have the rights to the photos, videos, logos and other materials you give us.
- Make sure your offers, prices, licenses, warranties and other claims in your ads are truthful and comply with the law.
- Contact the homeowners who request estimates in line with the law, including the rules on calls and text messages.
- Follow the terms and advertising policies of each platform where your ads run.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, design and graphics, belong to QuotingCrew or its licensors. Materials you give us remain yours. Ownership and usage rights for the ads we create for you are set out in your agreement with us.
6. Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by trying to gain unauthorized access, interfering with how it works, sending false information or automated requests, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
7. SMS Terms: QuotingCrew text messages
Program description. QuotingCrew sends text messages to business owners who ask us for information or work with us. There are two kinds of messages, and you agree to each one separately with the checkboxes in the chat on our website:
- Messages about your request: replies to your request, call scheduling, reminders and answers to your questions, and, if you become a client, new lead alerts and account updates.
- Marketing messages: service offers and seasonal ad ideas for your trade. You receive these only if you check the separate marketing box. They may be sent using automated technology.
How you join. You join in the chat on our website, which opens from the chat button on every page, including our contact page: enter your name and mobile number, check one or both text message boxes and send your message. The boxes are not checked in advance and are optional. By checking a box, you also agree that we may call the number you gave us about the same topics. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. After you join, we send a confirmation message.
Message frequency. Messages about your request: frequency varies with your request and, for clients, with the number of new leads. Marketing messages: frequency varies.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages. We also accept UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT and STOPALL. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To join again, reply START or send a new chat message with a text message box checked.
Help. Reply HELP to any message for help, or email hello@quotingcrew.org.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you give us.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. We handle your mobile number and messaging data as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
8. Third-party platforms
Facebook and Instagram are operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., which is not affiliated with QuotingCrew. Meta's terms and policies apply to ads that run on its platforms. We are not responsible for platform decisions, including ad rejections, account restrictions, policy changes or outages.
9. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuotingCrew will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or our services will not exceed the fees you paid us for the services in the three months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or end access to the Site at any time. Ending a client engagement is governed by the client's agreement with us.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. If you keep using the Site after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
