This Privacy Policy explains how Quoting Crew Ltd, trading as QuotingCrew ("QuotingCrew", "we", "us" or "our"), collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit quotingcrew.org (the "Site"), send us a request, use our services, or receive text messages from us. 1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Website chat: your name, mobile phone number and the messages you write in the chat on our website, including anything you tell us about your company, trade and the area you work in.
• Text message choices: which text message boxes you checked in the chat.
• Communications: the content of emails, calls and text messages you exchange with us.
• Client information: if you become a client, business contact details and the information we need to deliver our services, such as access to your ad accounts, your job photos and the leads your ads bring in.

Consent records

When you send a message in the chat on our website, we keep a record of the date and time, the phone number you gave, which text message boxes you checked, and the consent wording shown to you. We keep these records to honor your choices and to show that consent was given.

Messaging records

For text messages we send or receive, we keep the phone numbers involved, the message content, the time, the delivery status, and any opt-out (STOP) or help (HELP) requests.

Technical information

Our servers automatically log technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps. We use these logs for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.

Cookies

The Site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our network and security provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the Site from automated abuse. The chat on the Site is provided by HighLevel (LeadConnector) and stores information in your browser so the chat works and can keep your conversation. The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them.

2. How we use information

• To answer your request and talk with you about advertising for your company.
• To provide, manage and improve our services for clients, including sending lead alerts and reports.
• To send the text messages you agreed to receive, and to honor opt-out requests.
• To keep records of consent, opt-outs and communications.
• To protect the Site and our systems, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

3. Text messaging (SMS)

The chat on our website has separate, optional checkboxes for text messages. They are not checked in advance, and you can send a chat message without checking any of them. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

• Messages about your request: if you check this box, you agree to receive text messages from QuotingCrew about your request, such as call scheduling, reminders and answers to your questions, and lead alerts and account updates if you become a client. Message frequency varies.
• Marketing messages: if you check this box, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from QuotingCrew, such as service offers and seasonal ad ideas for your trade. Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@quotingcrew.org. Full program details are in our SMS Terms.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We use a messaging provider and mobile carriers only to deliver messages to you. All of the sharing categories in Section 4 below exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

4. How we share information

We share personal information only as described below:

• Service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting and security (Cloudflare), email hosting, and HighLevel (LeadConnector), which provides our CRM, the chat on our website and our text messaging. They may use the information only to provide services to us and must keep it confidential.
• Advertising platforms, only if you are our client and only as needed to run campaigns in your own ad accounts at your direction.
• Legal reasons, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, regulation or legal process, or is needed to protect the rights, property or safety of QuotingCrew, our clients or others.

As stated in Section 3, mobile information and text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. How long we keep information

We keep request and client information for as long as we need it to respond to you and provide our services, and for up to three years after our last contact, unless the law requires a longer period. We keep consent and opt-out records for at least five years so we can honor your choices and show compliance. Server logs are kept for a limited time for security purposes.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS and TLS), access controls and restricted administrative access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights and choices

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out.
• Email: ask us at any time to stop emailing you.
• Access, correction and deletion: you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, except for records we must keep by law, such as opt-out records.

Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia and other US states, you may have additional privacy rights under state law. To make a request, email hello@quotingcrew.org. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you also have rights under the UK GDPR or the EU GDPR, including the right to object to how we use your information and the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local data protection authority.

8. Children

Our Site and services are meant for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Where we process information

Quoting Crew Ltd is based in the United Kingdom. Our website and email servers are located in Germany, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Wherever your information is processed, we protect it as described in this policy.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. If we make material changes to how we handle text messaging data, we will ask for your consent where the law requires it.
